Patricia Sarah Mitchell - Life Coach

“In 2005 we developed the television series “Change The Day You Die” which was aired on Sky Television in the UK in 2006. At that time “Change The Day You Die” was a completely unique television idea; blending health issues and life coaching techniques... The programme took people with poor lifestyle habits and choices and our presentation team transformed their lifestyles to give them a longer life. Our obvious choice of presenters were Dr Adam Carey (GP and nutritionist to England Rugby Squad etc) and Life Coach, Patricia Mitchell.”

Patricia is innovative with her approach as a life coach bringing out my own creative solutions to the things that trip me up and limit my possibilities.  It feels like a whole new world has opened up since I started working with her.  She has helped me visualize and actualize what I want in life and it all seems to be coming true.  I realize that I have brought it about, and Patricia has guided me into believing in myself and getting in touch with my potential and what I have to offer the world.

"I enlisted Patricia's help in order to transition from working full time to going back to school, and there is no way that I could have done it without her. She helped me stay organized, manage my time effectively, and kept my stress and anxiety at a minimum. Working with Patricia has undoubtedly been one of the best professional decisions I ever could have made. She is relatable, and compassionate. She truly cares about your plans and has a sincere desire to help you reach them. She gives sound advice, techniques, and suggestions about how to work towards your goals and develop a strategy and plan to achieve them. She is extremely intuitive, and never hesitates to tell you what you need to hear rather than what you'd like to hear. Patricia is a great accountability partner. She will always follow up with you and check in to make sure that you are still on task and keeping up with assignments, but it is your responsibility to put in the work. She is extremely flexible, and is willing to work with you via Skype, in person, or email, whatever works best for you and your schedule. I never knew I could benefit so much from life coaching! If ever along the way I decide to give life coaching another try, they will certainly have a hard act to follow. If you're looking for an excellent Life Coach, she is the one!”

Patricia is wonderful.  She is great listener and is able to ask just the right questions that pull forth what you need to hear in order to move forward.  She is inspiring with out being heavy handed or pushy.  I have felt supported by her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to move to the next level in their lives.

I have been on a perpetual path of personal growth for most of my  life.  Even though I've learned many of the principles Patricia teaches, I really needed her guidance and expertise in getting me to FOCUS.   Patricia is a great coach!
I was all over the place!  I hadn't ever really put those principles into ACTION!  She guided me on that path and things started falling into place for me.
It just goes to show the old chinese saying is true, "he who thinks he knows it all has a lot to learn."
I had a lot to learn and am at a new place in life-- I am seeing some "issues" that could use attention soon.  I'm so glad I have Patricia in my arsenal of "GETTING THINGS DONE."   We've all got room to improve and what I am noticing is that the most successful people out there always have a coach!  They may use them for a particular project or they have them as an ongoing guide, it will look different for every individual.

Let's face it, our lives are worthy of having a coach that will steer us in directions we may not even see.  I am so fortunate to have Patricia in my corner of the Universe!
I was at a point in my life where I felt stuck in a rut with work and relationships. In hindsight I realise that I was young and wishful thinking, but at the same time unrealistic. I was realising that the career I had dreamt about was not as accessible and a lot more competitive than I was trained for. Gradually I was coming to terms with the fact that I was not happy in what I was doing even though it had been part of my 'plan'. This was the point where Patricia's life coaching skills really helped me to turn things round for myself.
Patricia's calm approach did not bombard me with advice or suggestions. Her questioning style simply made me look into parts of myself; abilities, relationships, strengths and weakness, that I had almost forgotten were there. During the sessions I found that I did most of the talking which usually involved an in depth analysis of my inner feelings and thoughts. I felt that Patricia helped me to clarify what I felt was really important in my life and focus on the things that made me happy. Remembering experiences of working with children in previous years, made me come to my own decision that I would retrain to be a teacher. There were many steps that then had to be taken to do this, however I can now say that I have been a qualified primary school teacher for four years. It certainly feels like this is what I was always meant to be doing. Although challenging, I absolutely love my job.
As well as finding the right career path, Patricia's guidance in self reflection helped me think about some of my personal relationships. She made me feel more empowered in myself and confident in knowing what I want, and what is important to me. I am now happily married to a lovely man and have a beautiful son:) I cannot thank Patricia enough for helping me turn my life around.
"Patricia brings an insightful and sensitive approach to her mentoring. The work we did together left me feeling encouraged, motivated and purposeful."
